Description
包丁が多くなってしまったので整理のため出品します。
9寸の本焼の柳刃です。
数十年前のデッドストックとのことで購入しました。
柄は黒檀に挿げ替えています。
2年ほど使用したので研ぎ減りありますが裏も鎬もしっかりしており、まだまだ長く使えると思います。
波型の刃紋が出ており、裏の刃紋の境がぼやけている事から水焼きかと思います。
鋼材は不明ですが素直に研げるので白二辺りかな？と思われます。
切刃と刃付けは天然砥石で仕上げています。
刃長:9寸27cm弱（マチから）
刃厚: 刃元約4.1mmから刃先の鎬終点辺りで約2.3mm
刃幅:刃元付近で約32mm
