2回程使用した。
とんかつや唐揚げの付け合わせとしてはもちろん、サラダやスープなど活用の幅が広い千切りキャベツ。
しかし、千切りは削る手間が大変で、なかなか気軽に手が出せないという方も多いのではないでしょうか。
そこで開発したのが、面倒だった千切りキャベツを手早く大量に作れる、2枚刃構造のピーラー「ののじ キャベピィMAX」です。
刃先には鋭い高密度三角刃が２mm間隔で並び、食材の繊維をサクサクと切り刻むことで、”ふわふわ”で”シャキシャキ”な千切りキャベツが簡単につくれます。
しかも、細かく均一性があるので見栄えも良し。三角刃で削ることで断面が波状になり、ドレッシングなど調味料の味が染みこみやすくなるのも特長です。
包丁やまな板を使わずに済むので、洗い物の削減にも貢献！
