Description
1度研いでから1回のみ使用しました。使用感は少ないですが、保管による汚れなどはご了承ください。
切れ味は抜群で、8寸なので長すぎず本職にもご家庭でも使っていただけると思います。
柄穴からかなり水が入ってしまうため、エポキシ接着剤で埋めました。
箱に房近とあるので、刀舟技研が作成した包丁かと思われます。(販売は越後屋)。参考画像は刀舟技研の同じ長さのタコ引きです。
